My work sits across executive support, operations, and marketing coordination. Over four years supporting founders and senior leaders in SaaS, publishing, coaching, and travel, my role has grown from handling tasks to being the person leadership relies on to keep everything together.
On the executive side: calendar and inbox management across time zones, stakeholder communications, meeting prep, and making sure leadership is never chasing anything. On the operations side: building tracking systems, writing SOPs, running QA, and managing the coordination that keeps projects moving. On the marketing side: content calendars, production workflows, podcast and video coordination, and ensuring campaigns ship on time.
I ask the right questions before problems become issues. I close loops without being asked. I treat every business I support as if it is my own.

Supported three senior leaders including the Founder at a high-growth AI company. Owned the full executive and content operations layer so leadership could focus entirely on product and growth.
As the company scaled, leadership calendars became increasingly complex across US time zones, meetings had no coordination system behind them, and content workflows had no QA process, so errors kept landing back on leadership to fix. The business had strong momentum but execution was starting to slow things down.
Scheduling conflicts dropped by 30%, publishing errors dropped by 50%, and the content operation ran on a consistent, reliable cadence for the first time. Leadership stopped spending time on operational cleanup.

Part-Time Contract
Direct executive and operational support to the Founder of a UK publishing company. Built the tracking systems, event workflows, and communication processes that let the business grow without things falling through the cracks.
The Founder was managing outreach, events, clients, and publishing workflows at the same time with no systems behind any of them. LinkedIn follow-ups were being missed, webinar coordination was handled ad hoc, and client data lived in scattered notes and email threads.
Outreach response consistency improved by 35%. Webinars have run without any day-of issues since the systems were introduced. The Founder now has a reliable backend while focusing on client work and business development.

Executive Operations Partner
Part-Time Contract
Started as operational support and became the person the Founder of a UK travel company relied on for everything. Executive admin, 100+ trips coordinated, operational systems built from scratch, and social media run simultaneously over three years.
Travaholics operates two arms covering African travel and the broader continent. When I joined, there was no central system for tracking clients or trip histories, itineraries were inconsistent in quality, and the Founder was managing vendors, social media, client communication, and operations with no structured support.
Over three years, I went from operational support to being the person the Founder trusted with every part of the business. Client tracking became a clean, searchable system. Itineraries became polished and on-brand. The Founder focused fully on growth while I kept everything else running.
